Why isn't this a single flat fee, like off-the-shelf industry solutions?
The one-time payment covers the site: custom design and turnkey development that's yours the moment it launches. After that, it's a subscription for an ongoing development team instead of a new quote for every edit or page. That way you're not paying for the project twice — once at launch, and again for every change after.
What happens to the site if I cancel the development subscription?
The site, domain, and code stay yours — they're already fully paid for at launch, and we don't hold access hostage. Only the subscription itself is canceled: edits, new pages, and technical support stop being part of ongoing work. Separately, the live room-availability calendar is something we maintain on our end, and it turns off with the subscription because it needs continuous syncing with your channel manager.
Is this really custom design, not a template?
Yes, the design is built for your hotel from scratch, not from a standard template. If you need deeper branding work or custom functionality beyond the base scope, we discuss that on a call.
When will the live booking calendar be available?
We connect with your hotel's channel manager to sync availability. This feature is in development — we'll discuss exact timing for your hotel on a call, depending on which channel manager you already use.
Do you prepare the site for paid ad campaigns?
Yes — the site is built ad-ready from day one: proper analytics, fast load times, and forms that capture every lead without losing data.
How does payment work?
Development is paid upfront at project start — exact terms are set individually per project. The development-team subscription begins after launch and continues for as long as you need it.
